ASSIGNMENTS :
Activities
for treatment services
·
To plan to supply enough essential
and specialized drugs for the hospital. To meet the
demand of drugs for emergency, inpatients and out patients
in time
·
To control, observe the rational, safe use of the
drugs in the hospital. Make sure the safe, rational drug use
are implemented in the hospital. When
some drugs are not available the head of the
department or other pharmacist
who is confided by the head can change them by the same
family drugs
·
Prepare some medicines for using in hospital
·
Contribution in budget management for drugs with cost
saving and effectiveness
·
Together with doctors in implementing the clinical
pharmacy
Main
services:
·
Plan drugs supply for the whole year base on the
decision of the Pharmacy commitee of the hospital.
·
Check drugs following the decisions of Ministry of
Health.
·
Keep drugs in the good conditions
·
Make sure to supply drug to all departments in
hospital
·
Monitoring the drug use of all departments
·
Prepare some drugs when demanded
·
Inform, counsel of the way to use the drugs and
unexpected effects of the them
Participation
in the Clinical Pharmacy activity.
Research
and training
Research:

Explore
the use of antibiotics
in the hospital

Monitor
the use of transfusion fluids in the hospital
Training:
-
Improving, updated know ledges for staff in the
department

Participate to help Pharmacy students in practice at
the department

Participate to train medical and pharmacy staff in
the medical areas.
In
cooperation with department of Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy
university to organize workshops to exchange, improve new
knowledge in Pharmacology to staff in hospital.
IV.
NATIONAL
AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERRATION:

Have
cooperation with the Pharmacy University to assist pharmacy
students to write diploma thesis and to organize the
workshops on Pharmacy.
- 1 pharmacist was trained in Sweden in pharmacy
