I. Manpower :             

The Personned Department is staffed with 10 members of which there is two M.S, five graduates, two engineers and  a nurse.

II. Development process:  

Along with the founding of the hospital, the department was established in 1969 to be accountable for the work on staffing and staff qualification of the hospital.

Successive directors of the department include : Dr. Hoang Phuc Tuong, Mr. Tran Cong Nghe, Mrs. Hoang Thi Tuyet Mai, Dr. Nguyen Van Loc, Dr. Tran Phan Duong and Dr. Tran Minh Tan (since 2000).

 III. Assignments:  

The department is accountable for the recruitment and transfer of employees and staff policies such as promotion, pay rise, work discipline, health and social insurance etc...

It commences emulation, issues work regulations and principles of industrial relations in the hospital.

The department is also in charge of receiving international guests, making the follow-up of their visits ; and arrangeing protocols of overseas training for the hospital employees.

     IV. Achievements:

     The department has been cooperating closely and fruitfully with various concerned institutions such as the personnel department , the international cooperation department, the medical informatics center of the Ministry of Health ; the PC 25 department of Hanoi Police and the Australian Royal Children's Hospital of Melbourne.

     The department has successively come up to the appelation "Outstanding Work Team" and was awarded with merit certificates by the Ministry of Health in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 for its achievements.
