I. Manpower :             

The department is staffed with 20 members of which there are 10 accountants of university degree, 5 accountants of intermediate level and four accountants of primary level and one cashier.

II. Development process:  

The department was established at the same time with the founding of the hospital in 1969.

The successive directors of the department are as follows :

1969 - 1972 :  Mr. Ho Si Dieu

1972 - 1976 :  Mr. Nguyen Van Gie

1977 - 1978 :  Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh

1979 - 1980 :  Mrs. Phi Thi Ngo

1980 - 2000 :  Mrs. Tran Thi Ty

Since 2000   :  Mrs. Nguyen Thi Sinh

 III. Activities:  

The department has the accountability to manage and control financial matters and activities in the hospital including payments, financial planning, hospitalization fees, budget allocation, financial reporting etc. in compliance with the State current policies.

The department is striving to computerize its operation so as to improve the management work in a more effective and safe way.
