The
department has 30 inpatient beds and assumes the role of
treatment of children aged from 0 to 15 years with
diseases of the nervous system such as epilepsy, cerebral
hemorrhage, cerebral tumors cerebral genetic and metabolic
diseases.
The
department has been cooperating closely with
Australia Royal Children's Hospital of Melbourne, Bicetre
Hospital of Paris, France and other organizations in Asia
on training and research.
The
department has successfully carried our training for 5
masters and one PhD of neurology for Vietnam in the Asian
Neurology Society and Drs. Pham Van Anh and Nguyen Van
Thang are the members of the society.
