department is accountable for operation and maintenance of
all medical technical equipment in the hospital.
The department is supposed to make plans for procurement
and supply of medical facilities in the hospital. It
supervises the safety of medical devices especially those
are utilized directly on patients.
The
department attaches great importance to training
technicans and technical staff on running and repairing
medical technical machinery.
The department is striving to keep abreast with advanced
technology so that the staff will be able to deal with
such Hi - Tech equipment as CT - Scanner etc...
