The
department is accountable for nursing activities in the
hospital such as supervising and encouraging nurses to
carryout nursing procedures properly; controlling anti -
injection activity to avoid cross injection in the
hospital.
The
department has closely been cooperating with Sweden and
Royal Children's Hospital of Melbourn Australia in
organizing seminar, workshops and training courses for
nurses across the country.
The
department is striving to improve nurses knowledge so that
30% of the hospital nurses will have a degree of bachelor
in a near future.
